The Shimano Dyna-Dart XR is a rod that perfectly embodies all the elements required for fishing. It aims to be used not only for typical fish species like squid, but also for a variety of predatory fish, while providing an enjoyable fishing experience. Furthermore, it has been designed to handle the conditions created by the characteristics of the fishing area. Compared to the existing Dyna-Dart series, however, it follows the concept of a longer rod while maintaining a light weight. The main difference between the "Dyna-Dart XR" and the existing "Dyna-Dart" lies in the fact that the blank materials now utilize not only "High Power X" but also "Spiral X Core." This enhanced resistance to twisting and deformation results in a further reduction in the rod's weight. Furthermore, the benefit of this weight reduction has been maximized by maximizing rod length within the same design, thus successfully creating a long rod series. While the "Dyna-Dart" features a high dampening action with a regular taper, the "Dyna-Dart XR" has been tuned to a regular-fast taper with a tip action to maintain the dampening. This allows it to retain the same lightness when jigging while executing finer and more sensitive actions.
