Xesta Works Iceman

The "Xesta Works Iceman" is a hybrid popper featuring a wooden core and a plastic coating. Similar to the "Maverick," it achieves a body stiffness that would be impossible with wood alone. Thanks to the high buoyancy of the plastic material and XESTA's unique weight distribution, the popper remains stable in flight with every cast, achieving consistent range. The distinctive noise level upon impact of the massive body, combined with the slight resistance provided by its special shape, contrasts with the striking pop and splash sounds. These attract distant tuna and large pelagic fish, as well as giant trevally (GTs) hiding in reefs or rocks. The rapid flare-up on the water's surface and the lure's still position in the center of the waves create an exciting contrast between movement and stillness.
