Ryugi Slide Pierce

The "Ryugi Slide Pierce" hook is designed for the backslide rig. The Slide Pierce allows the eye position to be moved forwards and backwards using a special worm holder. Changing the eye position alters the rig's pivot point and center of gravity, making it easier to adjust the angle and speed of the fall. The use of a nail sinker allows for even finer adjustment. (When using a backslide set with a standard offset hook, there is little flexibility in eye position.) A special "TC coating" has been incorporated, providing high hooking performance even in situations where hooking power is not adequately transferred, such as fishing over cover or casting long distances to land a fish.
