The "Nature Boys Iron Flick Spin Drive" is a rod specifically designed for light jigging and is now available in a sought-after spinning version. It offers a flexibility that doesn't deflect delicate bites, while maintaining a slight stiffness from the tip to the belly. This allows for long casts with a compact action, whether fishing in shallow-draft boats or underhand from the hull. For underhand casting, weights of 40 to 60g are optimal, with a maximum casting weight capacity of up to 80g. It's independent of the fishing spot, and the jig's trajectory is easily controlled by monitoring the bite location and casting distance. Whether Madai jigging, bass fishing, bluefish, or sakuromous, the jigs are primarily worked with jerking motions, while drop techniques are often used for bottom fishing – the rod is capable of handling a wide range of styles and targets at a high level. A medium size spinning reel in the 3000 to 4000 range is recommended, and limiting the leader length to a maximum of 3m will prevent casting problems.
