Designed and manufactured in Japan, the "Deps Sakamata Shad Shad 4" is an extremely sophisticated soft jerkbait that creates an unpredictable baitfish action that large predators simply cannot resist. Its unique body shape offers low water resistance, allowing for effortless sideways movement even with the slightest rod tip twitches. The keel fins along the head also channel water downwards and push the lure upwards, imitating a shad leaping to the surface to evade predators. At rest, the fins act as stabilizers, allowing the lure to hang perfectly horizontally and not upside down, as is the case with other soft jerkbaits. The Deps Sakamata Shad Soft Jerkbait is shaped with a deep groove along the belly for better hook penetration and hook slots along the back to position the hook point for a perfectly weedless rig.
