The Shimano Bantam '22 is a robust yet lightweight reel and comes with various gear ratios. The housing is made of an aluminum alloy and contains an MGL III coil. With different gear ratios and resulting line retrievals, the reel is ideally suited for fishing for zander, pike and perch. The 70cm MGL III spool with the SVS Infinity braking system allows for extremely relaxed casting distances and offers sufficient line capacity for FC enthusiasts. We recommend the Seaguar R18 LTD , the test winner among FC lines from Japan, as a suitable line. Please note that this is the rh model, with the crank on the right side.
