The story behind the bait: The "Sokotoro 30S" was created from a series of random hits. During the development process of the "Chibitoro 25F" (another lure), it was discovered that when a heavier hook and snap were attached to the heaviest prototype model, which was actually designed for a floating setup, it sank slowly. "It seems the buoyancy is weak as a float..." one thought, disappointed. But then, while retrieving slowly, there was a sudden, strong bite! "Can that be?..." Doubting, it was allowed to sink slowly again, and the prototype was run at a leisurely pace along the bottom, resulting in repeated strong strikes. When this design was tested in various areas and ponds, it turned out to be particularly effective for fishing the bottom in ponds with temperature differences between the surface and depth. However, the sinking speed of this prototype was too slow, and it was difficult to make contact with the bottom. Therefore, by improving the body shape and weight, we adjusted the tuning so that everyone can easily explore the bottom area. The "Soko Toro 30S" is a crankbait with a fat body that plays to its attractiveness on the bottom.
